Terms & Conditions – Dubai Yacht Party

Important Information

Dubai Coast Guard enforces strict rules for all yacht charters. Non-compliance may result in fines, which will be charged to guests if applicable.

• All guests must carry original ID. Tourists: original passport. Residents: passport, Emirates ID, or driving license. Non-compliance may lead to fines up to AED 1,500 per person.

• Reckless behavior or alcohol abuse may result in fines or early termination of the charter without refund.

• Life jackets must be worn when required by the Coast Guard or in case of weather warnings.

• Littering in the water is prohibited.

• Swimming after sunset or more than three meters from the yacht is not permitted.

• Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is strictly prohibited.

• Jet Ski or water toy activities from third parties are not allowed unless booked through Dubai Yacht Party to maintain insurance coverage.

 

Number of Guests

Final guest numbers must be confirmed the night before the charter. The yacht capacity may not be exceeded.

 

Catering Policy

• Final catering numbers must be confirmed the night before. Changes or cancellations after confirmation may incur full charges.

• Guests may not bring external catering on board, except for dry items (pizza, sandwiches, snacks). Disposable cutlery and plates must be provided by the guest.

 

Children Policy

• Captains and crew manage navigation and safety; they are not responsible for attending children.

• Children under 10 must wear life jackets while on deck or in water.

• Guests under 21 must be supervised by an adult.

• Children below 1 year old may not board the yacht.

 

Attire

Footwear must be removed before boarding. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

 

Damage Waiver and Liabilities

• A pre-authorization of AED 2,000 on a credit card or cash deposit is required. This covers damages, extra services, or cleaning.

• Any damages caused by guests will be assessed, quoted, and deducted from the deposit.

• Extra cleaning or fines from marine authorities due to guest behavior will be charged.

• Smoking inside the yacht is prohibited; violation may result in charter termination.

• Animals are not permitted on board.

• Example fines: Swimming during restricted hours AED 5,000, lack of guest ID AED 1,500 per person, jumping while cruising AED 10,000, littering AED 5,000.

• Dubai Yacht Party and the Captain are not liable for accidents, injury, sickness, or loss of personal items.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Dubai Yacht Party reserves the right to cancel bookings due to bad weather, mechanical issues, or Coast Guard restrictions. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Cancellation fees:

  • 50% retained if cancelled up to 48 hours prior

  • 100% retained if cancelled within 24 hours

• Free cancellations are allowed only for unsafe weather or failure to provide agreed charter services.

• Cancellations must be confirmed by the client before charter time.

 

Online Payment Terms

• Visa and MasterCard accepted in AED.

• No services provided to sanctioned countries.

• Users under 18 may not register or book.

• Dubai Yacht Party reserves the right to charge for damages or violations to the cardholder.

 

Professional Crew

Dubai Yacht Party employs only qualified Captains and crew. The Captain’s orders are final. Anti-social or reckless behavior may result in early termination and legal action without refund.
